I had a great experience with Paul Galassi. He was one of the 3 dealership sales who contacted me after I inquired on Buick Encore. He was always very responsive and he gave me a quote that includes all costs, unlike the other dealers who quoted me a lower down payment with hidden costs. He also let me know when there are price change with more incentives. I appreciate his patience and his honesty, which makes a stressful car buying/leasing process easier.
