Top notch. It's around 30 miles from my home so I negotiated the price of a vehicle by email with Adam in advance. A little back and forth until we agreed on the price I was after - a very competitive price that the dealer closer to me would not agree to on my first attempt to buy this car. I scheduled a time to sign docs and pick up vehicle. Arrived on a Saturday at noon (typically one of the busiest times for dealers), but despite that virtually no delays. Numbers when I arrived were exactly as discussed, car was already prepped to go. Financing went quickly and smoothly. Some add on products were offered that weren't what I was after but didn't have to battle some ridiculous hard sell. From arrival at dealership to owning the car took 35 minutes which, if you've done this before, you know is FAST. Another 15 for Adam to run me through the various tech on the vehicle.
Easily the best transaction I've had on a new car purchase. Highly recommend.
