I just had an excellent experience with one of the service advisors. I could not get my front license plate onto my new vehicle. He was so helpful; he went and got an electric drill and drilled the correct holes in the front bracket so my California license plate will be very well attached to the front of my new Ram ProMaster City van.
I did not even buy at this location, he said that did not matter, he just want to make sure I was taken care of and get me back on the road. I offered to pay for the service and he would not except any compensation. He said it was "a pleasure that he could help me out."
This was all done by me just pulling in without a pre-scheduled appointment.
I wish I knew his name so I could let you know who this person was.
I'll be back here in the future with any type of services needed on my vehicle. Because, the way he treated me has won my business. I'll be sharing this story to my friends and family so they can choose this location also.
