For a first time buyer,I was a bit nervous because I had no idea what the process was. My sales person was Ricardo Machado and since the minute I walked in he was very welcoming and kind with a great positive attitude also like if If we’ve met before so that was comforting and that’s exactly what I needed. He took me through the process, got me water, and was checking in frequently while waiting to get an answer about the car I wanted. What I also liked was that after telling him what I was looking for he gave me lots of options and finally went home with a car that I love and it’s perfect.
