We had a great experience working with this dealership and Michael Henry in particular. We were on vacation and our car had issues, they were very understanding and got us in the next day. Michael asked lots of questions about what was going on with our car and answered any that we had. He was very clear that although they were planning for one set of repairs there was a possibility it could be something else. Michael was very good at keeping us updated on our car and continued to answer any questions we had. He also educated us on some maintenance items we had not been doing and we will be doing them going forward. Thank you to the team who worked on our car and for helping us get back on our vacation with only 1 day of downtime.
