This is quite a bit late however,I have never had such an incredible car buying experience as I had at Hanlees Volkswagen when I purchased my Tiguan. Initially, I met my salesman, Ramin Bateni, after I had submitted a request for info online. He responded immediately, we began our relationship on the phone and it was the most pleasant and positive car buying experience I've ever had. This is my 11th car. He is a person who works hard to connect with his client's, find the right car and always exhibiting a professional demeanor with clear communication and no pressure. It was a pleasure working with Ramin. I would find it a challenge honestly, to work with another salesperson.
