As a first time car buyer I was extremely satisfied with Hanlees service. After visiting a couple other car dealers in the Oakland area who were all extremely pushy and off putting, I spotted a listing at Hanlees that looked like a car I might be interested in. I called to see if the car was still available and Carlos double checked and assured me it was. Two hours later I was in Napa test driving what is now my almost brand new Impreza. Carlos showed me all the cool features on the car and then Mike went above and beyond to help me get the car financed and help me purchase my first vehicle on my own. I never felt pressured or stupid like I did at the other car dealerships and Mike was sure to tell me all my options and explain the never-ending paperwork every step of the way. Thank you to both Mike and Carlos for making my first independent car buying experience a positive one.
