I've got to say that Hanlee's was the best car buying experience I've had, which is saying a lot. I spoke with Ajay, the GM, over the phone and came to terms on pricing for a loaded 2018 Unlimited New Rubicon (JL). I went there and met Ajay who then introduced me to one of his sales reps, Xang so I could test drive the Jeep before buying it. Xang was also extremely nice, respectful and knowledgeable about this hard to find fully loaded Rubicon. After seeing it was perfect, as advertised, Xang confirmed the info Ajay and I had agreed upon. They ran my credit, found better financing than originally discussed by shopping it out to several banks (much lower than the best rates at any other dealer) and then got me into the finance department, run by Sandy. Yet another all-star on the team! Ajay and team got me set up with an extended warranty and maintenance program for amazingly low costs, then we completed the paperwork and was given some training on options. From start to finish it was a great experience so I highly recommend this dealer!
