Considering the fact that I am a first time car owner and had never brought a car in for service on my own before, I was nervous about bringing my car in. I did not want to be taken advantage of or feel like I was being ripped off by being offered services my car did not require. Both of my previous experiences with Napa Volkswagen and specifically with Michael Henry were the total opposite of what I was anticipating. I cannot thank Michael enough for the service he provided me. Not only was he genuine and polite, but he did everything to ensure my car was in top shape by the time I picked it up. He never tried to offer extra services; in fact, he did everything in his power to guarantee I paid the least amount of money. If Michael is a true representation of Napa Volkswagen, then they are not like any other car dealership. I will definitely be bringing my car into Michael and the rest of the Napa Volkswagen crew for all my future services and purchases.
