This past weekend I bought a 2013 Subaru Impreza 2.0i Sport Premium from Hanlees Toyota in Davis. A gentleman named Adrian helped me and my parents out with the process. He was friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, and all around pleasant.
Since I currently live in Capitola, as soon as I saw the listing for the car on Car Gurus (which had been on Wednesday 12/12/18, I asked my parents (who live in Davis) to check out the car for me. They made an appointment with Adrian for the next day (Thursday 12/13/18). After checking it out, taking it for a test drive, and talking to Adrian about it, they told me they really liked the car and thought I would too. My parents set up a second appointment with Adrian, letting him know I'd be in Davis over the weekend to check out/ test drive the car.
My time with Adrian was good, as I have noted he was friendly and attentive. He was also not at all pushy! (A quality that I have found is rare in car salesmen). He remained calm and answered all questions to the fullest of his ability. He was very professional. And even though there was no owners manual that was included in the car (when I left the lot), Adrian went above and beyond to order and mail me a copy of the owner's manual. Thanks a bunch, Adrian! You made the process super easy and smooth and I realllllly appreciated that!
