I did extensive research before deciding to purchase a Subaru Forester. I was in contact with several dealerships before coming to Hanlees. Prior to my visit, I set up an appointment with Caitlin in the sales department. Upon my arrival, Caitlin was prepared and ready to assist me. She explained the different models, and found the exact cars that fit my needs. Caitlin had a thorough understanding of the vehicle's features and clearly explained how they worked. It was obvious she took time to familiarize herself with the Subaru product.
Upon choosing a vehicle, the negotiation was painless and I feel I received a great deal. There was no pressure to buy any service packages. They were explained in detail, but the conversation ended with a simple yes or no. Once the paperwork was complete, we returned to the vehicle and she took time to explain the features and answer all my questions. From start to finish it was a pleasant and no pressure experience. The drive to Napa may be worthwhile if your looking for a hassle free buying experience. Be sure to ask for Caitlin.
