Purchased 2018 Ram 1500 out of the area in September. While driving behind my daughter, she notified me that driver side fog light was out.
Brought to Vinnie the service manager at Hanlees, noticed the bulb was missing and wire harness was placed in side fog light housing? Discovered no bulb was placed in harness?
On the receipt for the replacement light bulb he wrote that light was missing at the time and harness was inside the housing, in order to provide some information to dealer that truck was purchased from.
Vinnie was very professional and instructive.
