" Due to the growing of my family, I needed a bigger vehicle. I've been to multiple dealerships in Sacramento and I did not find one that would work with me on getting the car I want for the price I can afford. I've heard about Hanlees in Davis and was skeptical at first, but decided to drive out there, and I'm glad that I did. My initial inquiry was done online (for a 2013 Nissan Pathfinder) and I received a call from Charles in about 2 minutes. We spoke briefly on the phone and I ended up driving out the same night. The whole ordeal took no more than a couple of hours. I did not get the run-around, since we were both clear on what I wanted and what they could provide. I had my trade in appraised and my docs were signed that same day. I did not feel rushed or intimidated in any way by any of the people that I came in direct contact with. I dealt with Charles, Sue, Anthony, and Caleb from finance. All of them were really patient with me and did accommodate my unusual requests. I highly recommend Hanlees Nissan in Davis, CA (and the above mentioned staff) - I feel that I received exceptional service as a customer, which is hard to come by at a dealership. Thank you. "
