I have driven a Saab 9/3 for 9 years and knew for a while (it was giving me many many problems) that I would be in the maket for a new car. But your car finally giving out usually happens at the most inopportune time. I was stressed and worried about jumping into a car payment and having to buy a car without much time to search and bargain. Needless to say, I was extrememly stressed. But Mario to the rescue! My mom and I walked into Hanlees and he immediatley worked with us to be sure he knew what our budget was COMFORTABLY going to be and then showed us what our options were. He didn't try to over sell us anything and was thorough in assuring we received any rebates and/or offers available. What started out to be a stressful day (me with no car) turned out to be an incredibly happy one with me driving home with a brand new 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I would recommend Mario, and Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai to ANYONE in the market for a new car. You will not walk out of there disappointed :) "

Hanlees Davis Nissan

" So I had a very unique situation when I was referred to Hanlees Nissan in Davis, my credit is in the 500's and I was upside with negative equity on my trade-in vehicle and no money down. That's right lol, not a lot of dealers were wanting to deal with my situation, especially considering my co-signer is out of the country. Lee was the sales rep assigned to me and she more then bent backwards to accommodate all the conditions I had for financing and gave me different options to pick from. Even at the last minute when my co-signer changed his mind and decided to go another way, they were still able to work with us and offer a great deal and accommodate our needs. The only things I;m waiting for is an owner's manual and an antenna that they didn't know if was in stock due to the time I left the dealership, so that will remains to be judged; but for everything else, I'm VERY HAPPY with their customer service, prices, and financing rates. Thanks for all the help guys, I'll definitely be coming back for my next vehicle. "

"    I'm happy to say unlike many of the bad reviews on here I had a great experience thanks to Felipe (sales) and Patrick (finance). 
     When I first drove up to this dealership I will say the two sales guys who were standing outside were very stereotypical of a car salesman and creeped me out. Thankfully I worked with Felipe who was very professional, didn't try to up-sale me anything and was very informative about leasing vs purchasing a car. I had started working with Felipe earlier last week and let him know I wanted a white car with black interior, he informed me that this combo is hard to come by and he would call around to find out if any local dealerships had that combo. Lucky me a new car with the color combo I wanted arrived Friday and was notified about this that morning. Patrick in finance explained everything in detail to me so I was clear about what I was signing. I know some people dread that part of purchasing a new car and he made it painless. I would recommend this dealership to friends & family. If you want to buy or lease a car from here ask for Felipe and no one else. "

" I called to get an estimate on transmission fluid, plug and filters. Capitol Hyundai had me on hold for nearly 15 minutes. I called Fremont Hyundai and right away the person i talked to in parts gave me everything i needed, He even went as far as finding what type of fluid my vehicle took, and how much to put in. I think his name was Shawn.
Even though I had to drive to Fremont to pick up the parts that I needed, I was very satisfied with the friendly service. Thank you. "
