These guys make it look easy. While we have not had any experience with any department other than sales the entire experience was relatively painless. I say "relatively" because anyone not going thru at least a little pain spending thousands of hard earned dollars must be too wealthy for their own good.
We had initially visited Hanlees to look at a vehicle shown online. We met Tony Christy and (after reading the other Yelp reviews) can definitely see why people have such good things to say about him. Our options were very limited due to our family size and the limited selection of vehicles in our price range but he was extremely laid back and patient with us all afternoon. Tony is a great guy with whom to work.
The team there obviously enjoys assisting people with the buying process. Ali Dharas was helpful at the end of it all even with our slightly restrictive budget. We did not end up purchasing the vehicle we first saw online but rather one which suited our needs better. Even tho the price was a bit higher than we had hoped Ali was able to make the numbers work for us.
We definitely recommend this team when it comes time to purchase a vehicle.
