Hanlees Davis Chevrolet

I had a great experience with the service department. I called to inquire about a new battery after a bad experience at another dealership. John was awesome, gave me a quote while I waited, and set me up with an appointment for the next morning. He offered me a shuttle to and from work, but I didn't even need it because they were able to replace the battery while I waited. The whole appointment took less than 45 minutes, and I was provided with a print out of different levels of recommended service with no pressure. I will return to this dealership for all of my service needs.
