Hanlees Napa Subaru

I drove from Oakland to Sonoma to purchase a Subaru Outback 3.6R from Hanlees. Prior to settling on this dealership I visited 4 and called 8. Rick Hayes was motivated and courteous. I did quite a bit of research and new what I wanted. He made sure I picked up the exact car for the price I had in mind. The process was quick and painless, despite my haggling them.

In the process of picking a dealership I had sales people outright lie to me on several occasions to try to secure a sale at the price they wanted to sell. I am in sales and that old school kind of sleazy salesMANship grosses me out and I just won't deal with it. 


From the moment I talked to Rick there was none of that. 


The second pleasant surprise was Josh Nelson in finance. He was straight forward, honest, down to earth and just so damn nice to talk to. His balance of sincere professionalism and kind honesty was refreshing. He helped me evaluate additional protections and warranties from a standpoint of my needs and budget. He worked with me on price and didn't push anything I wasn't interested in. 
I can't say enough good things about my experience. This is my families 4th Subaru so, needless to say, I am thrilled with this new iteration of the outback. What a smooth and powerful ride, and ready for all the adventures my family loves.
