We had a wonderful experience at this dealership! It all began with multiple emails back and forth with Adam. I had lots of questions and I wanted a good deal for the right car for our family. I just didn't know which car that was. Adam was very fast to respond to my multiple emails and was very patient with me. He also quoted the best price (I emailed several dealers about quotes.) We came in to test drive (with a 4 year old and his gigantic car seat in tow.) Adam was very helpful and thoroughly went over the 3 models we were interested in. He went through colors and options with me over and over (I couldn't decide!) Never was Adam pushy in any way...he remained patient and nice and I truly think he wanted us to find the right car for our family. After test driving we went allllll the way back home to Novato (yes we drove all the way to Napa because it was the best deal and the friendliest service we could find.) I thought about it and thought about it and finally decided on the car I wanted. We came back the next weekend, drove the car one more time (which Adam already had ready to go for us) and we moved forward with our purchase. The last time I bought a car, I remember it being a long, boring, terrible process. This time it wasn't. We had a sales guy that we loved and the whole process was so seamless and quick...even the paperwork we went over and signed with Josh was quick and easy. Overall, I can easily say that this was the best and easiest car buying experience I've ever had!
