Buying a car is never an easy thing to do. After doing our research and surveying several dealerships, we came to Hanlees Napa Subaru and met our sales person Cherry. We were very impressed with how low pressure this experience was. Cherry was very knowledgeable with each of the vehicles we discussed and went with us on a test drive of a Subaru Outback. When we decided to buy the Outback, Cherry worked with us to come up with a price we could afford and allowed us to discuss our concerns with the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager. Again, there wasn't any high pressure pushing us to buy things we didn't want and the financial paperwork was explained in very plain detail. We will definitely recommend others to buy a car from Hanlees Napa Subaru.
