I just purchased my a 2016 Hyundai Elantra GT.
I was an hour early for my appointment with Van (Vanessa). She greeted me while I was exploring the lot. I brought the necessary paperwork she had requested.
While Van was processing my preliminary paper work, Andy was great in taking me out on the test drive of my car. He answered all my questions during the test drive.
After my test drive came the negotiating. After discussing with Van my financial plans for the car, she took my plans into consideration and gave me the options I had in sealing a deal. In the beginning I was skeptical, but after working with Van, and explaining what I specifically wanted out of the deal, Van was very understanding and did what she could. Although Negotiations were a bit challenging, she still went to bat for me to accommodate my needs.After back and forth negotiations She came through with flying colors as difficult as the negotiations were, She was a trooper throughout the whole negotiation process. After the deal was finalized, she even was able to adjust my monthly payments lower than what I agreed to. She was professional, personable and wonderful to deal with in purchasing my new car. Truly a great business woman with a fine touch of being personal with her clients.
Carlos, the Finance Manager was also awesome. Did not give me any song and dance when it came to signing all the appropriate documents. He did not try to sell me any unnecessary warranties ETC. He explained each document that I signed and the reason . He was very thorough, detailed and right to the point in a very timely manner.
Upon delivery, Andy, again, was my delivery man. The car was washed and detailed and look grand spanking sharp. Andy realized that the Gas tank was empty, so he went to fill the tank up before I was ready to transferred all my things from the old vehicle to the new car. He went over the car's operation in further detail.
Once I was done with Andy, Van, Andy and one other salesman (I didn't get his name) congratulated me with warmth upon my departure.
That's the way to do business when buying a car. I truly felt that I was very well taken care of in more ways than one. I definitely will recommend Hanlees Hyundai Fremont. You guys are the best.
