I got a new job that required a commute for a few months and that was the push I needed to get a Prius. I went in just browsing the lot and Rosa approached me and was very helpful and patient. I got to test drive the car and she made sure it was the one I wanted and informed me on all the features! She made the process easy and helped every bit she could along the way! I would highly recommend her for any sales at Toyota. Now, I have my daily driver.
