Hanlees Hilltop Buick GMC

I took my car in on an emergency visit on Saturday morning because I had a flat. I only have one car and I didn't have a way back home. I didn't know if the tire could be repaired. I called service and spoke to Joe Perry. He advised me the schedule was tight by it being a Saturday morning. He advised me to bring car around as soon as possible to ensure I can get it back as soon as possible. I advised him my husband was a stroke victim and I couldn't leave him alone but I needed my car back asap. Triple a came and put enough air in for me to drive to shop. Joe advise me to not ruin my rim. He arranged transportation for me to come back home and to be picked up to get my car. An extra effort on Joe's part made sure I was able to get my car back in time to run my errands. I had to buy a new tire but he made sure it was replaced with the same tire and invited me over for a courtesy car wash to remove the white glue on the new tire. Thanks Joe for your service. My car is a 2016 GMC Terrain with only 6000 miles but the screw went in through to inner part of tire, which made it irreparable.
