I started my experience off with Joel who is by far the most honest and knowledgeable salesperson either myself or my mom have had the pleasure of meeting. He took me on a long test drive of my 2017 Jetta SEL and was patient with all my questions and a straight shooter. We did our negotiating with Akiba and he was great as well. To say it was 100% smooth all around would be a lie but there's not a car buying situation where everything goes perfectly and to be honest, I can't imagine being happier with the experience. Plus my car is AWESOME! 10/10 would recommend.
