Hanlees Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Napa

As a business owner, I know what good customer service means. The service department is the perfect example of good customer service. I had my 2005 Dodge Ram 2500 diesel in for a recall. I only chose Hanlees Chrysler as they were close by. I had stopped doing business with Napa Dodge long ago because of a bad experience. I took a chance because I saw they were under new ownership. After having my recall done on Friday I found on Saturday that all my dash lights would not work. I called John, the service manager and he told me to bring my truck in asap. They worked on the issue for 14 hours and found a bad wire, their fault, my fault, who knows. They took care of the problem without charge. They are now my dealership. Well Done!!!!!! Thanks, John.
