This review is for the service department. I had called to get a extra key made for my VW. The pricing over the phone was quite a bit lower than the other 2 VW dealerships nearby so I ordered and paid for the key. It was in stock less than 2 days later & someone called me immediately to schedule the service. When I arrived, it was clear that there had been a misunderstanding over the phone about the cost of the key/fob. Alex was amazing. He told me that he really valued me as a customer and wanted to make me happy. He did. I will be returning to have Hanlees handle all my VW needs. This is my 3rd VW. I have been to Hansel & Sonnen VW and This was by FAR the BEST customer service I have received from VW. I was in an out in 30 minutes & they changed my headlight. Way to go Alex and Hanlees VW!
