I am leaving this review because I had the best experience at Hanlees Fremont Hyundai two weeks ago when I bought a brand new Tucson. Let's start with ALEX the sales guy... so nice, patient, and knowledgeable about all the features and details of each car and model. CARLOS the finance guy made me wanna hang out and spend more money.. he just made all that paper work fun. I can't say enough about TOM the new manager at Hanlees Hyundai. Tom is genuine, accountable, and professional. I am on my 5th Hyundai and TOM made sure I felt taken care of and appreciated. I never felt ANY pressure. These guys worked with me and for me to get me the best deal. I am 100% happy with my purchase. I will buy my 6th Hyundai from these guys again. Happy happy happy! Thank you!
