Upon walking into Napa Subaru, I was greeted by a salesman named Fletch. From the start, he was very professional and courteous and made me feel at ease about the stress of car shopping. He immediately looked up the car I was interested in and brought it down for a test drive. After the test drive we sat down with Fletch and he gave us a price on the vehicle. When we felt it was a good deal, we when went inside to meet Mike, the finance manager. He explained all of the options for extended warranties. Not at any time did we ever feel pressured by either Fletch or Mike to purchase the vehicle. We hope your service is as good as your sales staff. We are looking forward to a long relationship with Napa Subaru.
