I recently bought a new RAM from Hanlees. My experience was overall very satisfactory! I had a trade in that I was upside down on, and they worked tirelessly to find a bank that would allow me to finance a new RAM truck and turn in my car. Then, even though they didn't have the truck I wanted in stock they drove to Santa Rosa to get one, only to find it had some paint damage. So they agreed to find another one, and drove all the way to Gilroy to get it. The truck from Gilroy was not only beautiful, but had several upgrades that did not change the price of my original contract! I was very pleased! Robert the GM was very helpful, and Milt the salesman, and Sandy from finance were awesome!
