When I first walked on the lot Danielle greeted me and my daughter with a genuine friendly hello. I told her I'm just looking and I wasn't even sure if I can get financed. She said let me go talk to my boss. She came back with a big smile and said you getting a new car girl!!! This girl's personality is awesome, loved her. But I was not happy with the 1st car I drove off with. Once Antonio heard about this he call me and ask me come back in when. And he put me in a 2018 with all the bells and whistles...I was smiling all the way home. Thank you, Danielle and Antonio! #happycustomer

Honestly, amazing experience! I feel like I have a family there. The person helping us was Ricardo, or Ricky for short. We were there to get a car for me, it's my birthday in a few days and my parents decided the didn't want me to take bus and Bart anymore, so they decided to get me a car. Ricky did the absolute most to give us the best deal and the car that best fit us. With all the features we were looking for and the best price. He was honest about the difference between the similar and simpler models. He explained the reason why one was more expensive than the other and he tried to get us all the best deals and was persistent with his boss to be absolutely sure we got an amazing car for an amazing deal. Instead of selling us the more expensive car with the fancy rims he sold us the cheaper car with the best features that fit me and what we were looking for. He even got me a birthday present. Not saying he would give you one too but it's very much appreciated. He wasn't the only great factor, but the front office workers where nice enough to let me borrow there charger. As well as the man handling the papers was patient with us and was really open with us and taught me about GAP and how the insurance works and gave us personal advice about how we should set up the car and we're and how we should store our papers. He told us the best plan for a beginning and why it was the best. It was over all a great learning experience. Would buy there again and I know I will be seeing them again sense they were invited to my birthday party. Yup, that's how appropriative we are and how great the experience was.

James Benavides is the man to see and Jonny is the finance man to handle your paperwork! First of all, James helped me and my family have a better car shopping experience. First of all he communicated very well with my husband and myself with quotes or questions or concerns that we had. It was a day of emailing and phone conversations and everything sounded perfect so we made an appointment to see him and the car we were interested in. After an hour of discussing with my family and James we went for it. We wanted the car, the pricing they were giving it to us felt like a steal and just something we couldn't pass up! 

Here at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota they take real good care of you! They make sure you are 1000% satisfied or they won't have you sign or do anything you don't want to! 

I recommend doing the research for different prices and go and compare prices or even emailing the dealership for quotes or questions before going in. 

I also recommend coming to Hanlees and asking for James because he was such a big help in the whole process! I will defiantly be back for another car!

Hanlees Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Napa

Called early morning to get some info on a vehicle, got sent a video to my phone by Miranda really quick after the call to show the vehicle was at the lot. I later that day left home in the truck. Miranda and Sandy made the experience there very good and easy and they are really good people to talk to. There are some good and bad reviews but honestly if u see a car u like call check it out and go from there. But fully recommended!

I saw a warning light in my car and called Hanlees Hyundai Fremont right away. Robert the service advisor scheduled me immediately for service. My experience with Hanlees Hyundai service is extremely excellent most especially with Robert there to assist a valued client the best way he can. I totally recommend this place. Hanlees Hilltop Nissan

I have a 2005 Nissan Murano I purchased from Hanlees. I love it and the only place I take it for service is Hanlees. Recently I have had an issue with my trunk locking mechanism and have had to go back several times but thanks to the excellent assistance by Tom Nguyen Service Manager for Hanlees all things are working fine.. Tom you care and help and make things right. I will definitely buy my next Car at Hanlees and will only go through You. The technicians are improving and Tom went out of his way to help make things right. Thanks, Tom!!!!!

Ever since this dealership changed owners it has been a DREAM. I actually look forward to my oil changes! Roger is seriously the best and should get a promotion twice a year for his positive attitude and his amazing professionalism. He truly takes time to let you know what is going on with your car and never makes you feel like you're taking up his time. He is incredibly busy but never rushes his time if you have questions.
