     " I went car shopping 3 months before I was ready to buy just to get the best price. I called Hanlees and got Viva, she took great care of me. She took the time to find the car I wanted, went and picked it up at another dealer, and gave me a great price. I know that because I looked at the same car at the other dealer and although they made me a good offer, she still beat it. They also let me store it there (at no charge) until I was ready to pick it up. And to make things better Viva came out on her own time to deliver the car to my daughters graduation party.      " I was a little hesitant to walk into Hyundai with its previous history, but they have really surpassed many of their competitors with their stylish models and car performance. As I walked in I was immediately greeted and the sales Rep. "Viva" was great. She made my first time buying a car from a lot, easy and effective. Viva researched for the exact match I preferred. She coordinated transport and along with "Mike" the General Manager they worked with their numbers to beat an existing Offer. Viva made me feel comfortable, she's very knowledgeable. I had a few questions about the car's functions and she knew every answer. So far so good, I would recommend Hyundai of Hilltop to family and friends. Everyone smiled and was friendly to me. I never felt like they were trying to rip me off like many dealers do when they see a women walk in alone. "

     " I had a 2011 Nissan Altima Special Edition that I really like, but decided since this is the Car buying season, I would look at a strategic purchase of a new one.  I drive a lot, and figured if I could get the same payment and a newer car, I would consider it.  
     My husband and I did some looking around and found a good deal at Hanlee's Nissan.  I got an email from Sue Cho after making an online inquiry on their website. 
     She is the General Sales Manager, and she and Daniel, our salesperson, made the purchase easy, personable and fun.  Usually a car purchase is a slog, and this took much less time and hassle.  
     We test drove a couple of vehicles, they made an offer, and we got a really good option.  My new Nissan Altima has more features than my old one, is sleek, fast and a comfortable ride.  Glad I went.  I'd go there again.

" My Tucson broke down on I80 going home to Truckee and no shops were open. I found this dealership and Kevin Lee, a salesman, on my iPhone. Kevin helped me get a tow truck, a hotel and dinner as I was really stressed out. He drove me to the hotel he rommended and helped me to decide what to do the next day about my 2008 Tucson. No pressure and so much smart support. Super great guy. I decided to buy a new car in my town but if I lived in the Richmond area I totally would have bought a car from Kevin at Hanlees.      "I used a website to negotiate a price with Wali first online before I went there. Although I decided to get a different car he gave me the same discount and went above and beyond getting me the exact pricing and car that I wanted. Karen was also great in showing me the cars while Wali was unavailable. Kevin worked me with on the pricing for the extended warranty also. There was a misunderstanding on what upgrades I wanted and Wali brought 2 different cars for me from another dealership and then delivered the car to my house. Wonderful service, employees and price- would recommend to all."
