I've been here twice already in the past 4 years. Purchased two cars from this amazing dealership! Ashot the general manager is amazing! Always hands on, always greets you with a handshake and asks how you are doing! Does his absolute best all the time! He has helped my husband and I tremendously and I can't thank him enough! Hanlees Fremont Hyundai

I love this place. I had several small issues because I bought a rental. They helped me get all of the details on the 2015 car straightened out and were so pleasant. Micky was terrific and very helpful making sure he fixed even a wire that was not connected in my glove box; this took time. More than anything I found them all genuinely kind and helpful more than ever. Everyone from the whole store was helpful. The whole service crew was great. I love my car and I happy to have experienced everyone.

I will definitely stick with Hanlees when and if I ever decide to get a different car. I received a letter about buying back my old car and walked away with a 2016. Xang Vang is a very good sales person, and she got me a good deal on my vehicle. My family and I have been purchasing Hyundai's from Randy since 2002. Whenever I need to replace or upgrade a car, I have friends who say "go to my guy at x dealership and they'll hook you up." While I appreciate their efforts, no personal hookups have ever beat out Randy.  He makes sure we are aware of promotions and most recently, I was able to purchase a better model for a lower price AND less money down. Also, Randy doesn't do the whole "let me talk to my manager and see what we can do" process where you sit and wait for 3 different prices written on a piece of paper. No, with Randy you get the best deal on the first inquiry.  When I need a car, I feel great knowing that I can contact Randy and get honest hassle free service!

I just recently moved my family due to military orders and had to make several long trips on my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado and 2015 Chevrolet Cruze. It's always hard to find a place you can depend and rely on, but from beginning to end this was made easy for me. I was advice by a gentleman who's name I think was Jose, he was very professional and treated me with the utmost respect. The friendliness and courtesy of the manager Christina is admirable and possibly unmatched. My truck was worked on by their mechanic Luis, who not only did service but found other discrepancies that were deadline and could have been not only dangerous but costly. Their speedy service, professionalism and great proficiency brought me to bring my Cruze in for service. Thank you all in advance for my future services. I will highly recommend this place for any type of maintenance.

Just purchased a car from Anthony Spencer at Hanlees Hilltop Nissan. Buying a car can be somewhat like going to the dentist but Anthony made it a pleasure all the way through. Even after the fact  he texted me to find out if I was satisfied or if I needed anything. I had called the dealership twice to find out  some info on a recall with no call back  but within minutes of asking Anthony if he could help me. I got a text back with the answers and a contact number. Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai

I recently purchased a 2016 Sonata Hybrid Limited. The process was smooth, with Haziel providing assistance in getting me a great price and Giovanni setting up the financing. I have taken it in for routine service and the service department was professional and efficient.

I had an issue with some personnel at the dealership being less than helpful and borderline rude last weekend. I was pretty upset, but because of the prior positive interactions, I opted to write this after first contacting the General Manager, who I emailed earlier this week. I am glad that I did.
Khalid Rahmany, GM, promptly responded to my email and invited me to meet with him, which I did today when I took the car in for a minor issue. He was understanding of my issues, assured me that the employee in question would be counseled and, that to compensate me for my inconvenience and frustration, I will be receiving a free vehicle detailing at my convenience. Now THAT is great customer service! 

I love my new car, and thanks to Mr. Rahmany, Haziel, Giovanni and the service department staff, I love Hilltop Hyundai!

We purchased a new Golf R from Hanlees Hilltop Volkswagen. Working with Joe'l Arances was super easy - he was responsive to all my questions and helped us through the whole process - it was our first car purchase. He even helped us get financing pre-approval as I sent through all of our information over email which was very convenient and a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships we had visited. On May 28, I went in to Hanlees Hyundai in Fremont in response to a flyer I received in the mail. 

Thinking I probably wouldn't find anything; I was pleased to find that they had several new and used options for me to choose from. Their sales and finance team were very courteous; greeting me immediately, asking what I was looking for, and getting me out to test drive the vehicle I selected. But what was even better was they got me approved and out the door within a few hours. 

I have to say I dread buying a car (and I've bought several). There's always the sales push to get you into something you don't want, then the all day process of filling out finance paperwork. When I left Hanlees, not only was I in a new vehicle, but I still had the rest of my Saturday to enjoy it. If you are looking for a vehicle, new or used and want a hassle free environment you need the team at Hanlees Hyundai in Fremont. Trust me I got a great deal and the financing was easy.

I went to Hanlees to pick my buddy up who was dropping off his truck for regular maintenance and Mario, an employee there, was an awesome guy! Smart, funny, made us laugh and was very informative and knowledge about the services that were being performed. There were a bunch of wood chips in the back of my friends truck bed and when we returned Mario had informed us that they had swept out the wood chips and washed his truck. I thought that was very nice and above expectations. Thank you, Mario.

Second time customer here! Unfortunately, we went to Jimmy Vasser Toyota first and ended up having a terrible experience! I will be sure that never happens again! Adam found us the perfect car! We are just so happy! The whole team at Hanlees treated us so well! It was the complete opposite of Jimmy Vasser Toyota. Adam & the staff at Hanlees were so friendly, knowledgeable, professional, etc. They also took the time to really listen to us. They never made us feel rushed or like we were a bother. They were straight up with us. They never made empty promises, only to get our hopes up then let us down! They were honest with us, figured out what we had to work with, what would be in our budget and what we were looking for. That was that! No bull! Adam was always quick to respond and texted me exactly what our options were, before we got there, so we didn't waste anytime! The whole experience was pleasant and quick and best believe I won't go anywhere else again! We got a great deal! Thank you to Adam & the whole Hanlees team for finding my daughter the perfect car!

This dealership was the third (Elk Grove and Roseville being the previous ones). I approached for my ongoing look out for the best trade in offer and deal to get my 2016 Camaro. I was in contact with Julia (BEST, HONEST, HUMBLE sales rep I have ever met) and she helped me through the entire process! She was straight up about everything and I'm glad she was because if she would have be lying i would have caught her being that i had talked to previous people, dealerships, etc. I highly recommend getting in contact with her to meet your car needs! (She speaks Spanish too!) I do think more staff need to be hired it took me almost 8 hours to get my paper work ready (not even complete). I was having issues with my new car but the staff responded quick with advice. I have scheduled a check up as soon as they get my spoiler gets in (hopefully sooner than later) and everything should be good! Tony working in finances was also a great person to work with and answered any questions I had! I recommend getting your car from this dealership and highly recommend working with Julia & Tony!

I wish to share my amazing experience with this Hanlees Nissan staff and their services. And in particular the sales representative Gerald Green and the finance manager Trenton Lukens and all their managing staffs. Their friendly attitudes and speedy services amazed me and my wife. We walked in with little hope of driving a new car home at all but they made every transactions seemed so easy and able to let us have the dream car Nissan Altima 2016. They financed and traded in our car for top dollar and enable us to drive home a new car with very minimal down payment that we could ever dream of..
