I used Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai internet representative to help me find my special car. Mark Manalili is THE guy to help with your search. I placed a TRUECAR build my car request and Mark was on it! He sent emails letting me know when a car of interest was on the lot. While I was on vacation he found my car and sent a text message telling me that the car I wanted had just been off loaded from the truck. I requested photos of the car and within minutes I had them. I returned from vacation in the wee early hours and after a few hours sleep visited Mark in Richmond. He had the car up front. After my test drive and expression of approval we were at the desk and within a couple of hours signed the papers. I'm the owner of a brand new 2017 Hyundai Sonata 2.0T Limited and couldn't be happier. Great professional service. Hanlees Napa Subaru

My Subaru was making a horrible, frightening, humiliating noise intermittently when I started it...for 2 years. No one would fix it, because it behaves for mechanics. I took it to Hanlees and they knew what the noise was. They fixed the starter when no one else would. I had them go ahead and complete a 60 K mile service - and OMG, my Subi runs better than it did when I bought it!! Thank you so much, Hanlees Mechanics!!

I just leased a 2017 Jetta Sport from Q at Hanless Hilltop VW. I utilized the internet sales for the first time and the experience was great! I was able to tell Q which car I wanted (model, color, interior, etc), gave him my credit score and he was back to me in minutes with a quote. When it was time to pick up my car, I was also impressed with the overall appearance of the dealership, very modern and clean. I even found the sales manager Hondo a pleasure to work with, great sense of humor. No cheesy salesman here! I will definitely be back when my lease is up.

A few days on the Ram website, I felt armed enough to visit a dealership see the colors and options in person. I wandered into the showroom in Napa and was pleasantly greeted by Thomas. He asked some questions about how I would be using the truck, what features and colors were important to me.

When he pulled up his recommended truck, I knew right away that he was really listening to what was important to ME. He allowed me to use all of the features as he explained them and how I would be using them in my real life scenarios. After test driving, I knew this was the right one for me. Of course there is that "price" thing... Thomas walked me carefully through the numbers, gave me a fair value for my old truck and it just felt right! Friends say to shop the Sacramento area for the best deals, I say, I got as good a value if not better along with a buying experience that was second to none!!! From being able to make and appointment and... surprise... being seen at just that time as promised, under a covered carport shielding one from the rain, to decent coffee and donuts inside. I've been going to Hanlees Toyota in Davis for 12+ years. Their Toyota Care program for service needs is a great deal! Service staff is knowledgeable and advice is given but not pushed. I especially like seeing the same faces there to greet me and handle my accounts again and again. I especially thankful for Dave Sudbury, the shuttle driver. He is always so pleasant and prompt. He takes the calls and makes an effort to get people in the van to their destination safely and directly. He is polite and engages in conversation if that's your desire. I'm always glad when I see Dave is there to pick me up. I don't even have to tell him where to take me anymore! Dave and Hanlees are doing a good job!

Me and my wife had a great experience with this car dealer. 

First off, my wife did a lot of research on what kind of Volkswagen she wanted, from the features to how much she was willing to spend. As soon as we met Joe'l he went to work. Unfortunately, his lot didn't have what we were looking for but he went above and beyond. Joe'l told us that he will try to find us our car and will call us back. A few weeks past and Joe'l called us and told us to come down and see our car. As soon as we came down we were so happy and amazed. Joe'l searched high and low for us and finally find it in Nevada, where he had it sent here for us. GREAT JOB, JOE'L!

Joe'l is also very professional. He really knows what he's talking about when it come to the cars he's selling. He made sure we drove it and were comfortable drive it. He was very patient when show us all the feature of the car. 

When it came to negotiating, we had to go back and forward for awhile but at the end we were very satisfy with what we got. We were even able to trade our old car to help cover some of the cost. 

Roger, the manager, there was also very pleasant and he explain everything for us before signing anything.

I would HIGHLY recommend going to this car dealer. FYI, they sell other kinds of cars. Ask for Joe'l, you can't go wrong with him. He will take good care of you.

Went to Hanlees a few weeks ago to take a look at a used vehicle that was on the lot, when I pulled into the dealership I was greeted by Brandon who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle and his inventory of new cars.. after talking for less than 5 minutes determined a new vehicle would be best for me and my situation and I ended up purchasing a 2017 Camry SE! I Love my new car and will be back to Hanlees in the future! 10/10 would recommend.

Buying a car can be such a long and weary process. However, that wasn't the case buying a car at HANLEES Fremont Hyundai with Adil Khan and Carlos Alfaro. Both are extremely knowledgeable about the vehicles, and really made sure that I was making the right choice with the car that i was purchasing. Best part of the whole situation is both worked hard to get the price that was beneficial to my budget and we are able to get a GREAT price on the car of my choice. Mark Manalili is my hero, my knight in shining armor, the wind beneath my wings! Seriously though, what Mark Manalili is an straight forward and honest salesman who will do his best to get you into a vehicle that you can afford. I needed a vehicle and my credit was not the best. Mark understood my circumstances and worked hard and tirelessly to get me approved and HE DID! For what my credit rating was, the interest was fair, and he helped get warranty protection that not only benefited me fiscally, it also protects me further down road. Mark treated me and my spouse with respect and was empathetic to our needs and concern. I now enjoy a vehicle with a lot of options, great reliability and more importantly one I didn't think I would come close to getting. If you're looking for a vehicle and prefer to deal with a REAL person who just happens to sell vehicles... Just go straight to Mark!
