Michael who is the service manager was exceedingly helpful in answering my questions and assisting me with adjustments to my car's settings. My car was ready when it was promised. A bonus was they washed my car for me. I got a complete explanation of what was done and how my car running. I recommend the service department at Hanlees Subaru.

I came to Nissan on Saturday for a car service and was promptly greeted by the service advisor, Edgar. He was really great about explaining the services that my car needed in a way that I was able to understand. It felt like he truly cared about customer service. I didn't feel pressured into buying anything that I didn't understand/couldn't afford. The technicians were fast and efficient, plus they showed me the inside of my car which was cool. I have a really good experience with Hanlees Hilltop Toyota with their service department. If you are looking to have your car service for major repairs, Look for Xiomara Fuentes. She’s the assistant service manager. She helped me out through the repair process for my Toyota Sienna, I had both front axles and rack and pinion replaced, she had lowered the cost for me and fixed our van as good as new. She always keep me updated what was going with the repair. And previously had a issues with our 2014 highlander, was under the warranty, it has a bad radio and one of the power lift gate strut went bad. She also helped us replaced all of them. And to the point she had loan us rental car for free for few days to work on the cars. Xiomara was in top of every issue and concerns that we have on both vehicles. She is really dependable!

I just went there for a car check up and they were super fast and friendly! The waiting room was comfortable and the front office workers were helpful when I told them that I hadn't been there before. I recommend Jose the technician; he was really efficient and was really nice explaining everything that was done to my car.

Hanlees Fremont Hyundai

Adnan Khan with Fremont Hyundai was gracious, responsive and easy to work with. I wasn't ready to walk away from my first, and very old, Hyundai Elantra, but alas, she was simply too old to continue to invest repair dollars into. Reluctantly, I began my search for a new vehicle. I came across used Hyundai Tuscon's @ Hanlees so I hopped on a call to further investigate. I was greeted by Adnan who began to ask me specific, and relevant, questions as to what I looking for. He was energized and excited sharing he had "just the car for me." Well, I'm an optimist and a realist so I was uncertain of the reality of this suggestion until I arrived. The Hyundai Tuscon was perfect! A test drive and a few hours later, I was a happy new owner of the exact vehicle Adnan had told me about over the phone. Financing was easy and fair. Tom is a genuine guy who is straight forward and honest. Their entire team was simply lovely. They went above and beyond with their service. I LOVE my new Tuscon and recommend Hanlees Fremont Hyundai to all.

First time coming to Hanlees Davis Chevy and the experience was great. As soon I walked in, I was greeted by the manager Christina and I was instantly helped out by Jessica the writer. The whole process went very smooth. They help me figure out what was wrong with my truck and I was able to talk to a tech Pedro about what was wrong and what was the next steps that was very helpful to understand the process. The overall experience was great never felt like I was getting ripped off and the customer service amazing. Highly recommend this dealership.

I usually rarely ever give 5 stars, or even list reviews but I must tell everyone about this place and more importantly about the wonderful caring person, Joan. God is so good, he brought us to Joan... My daughter bought a new vehicle and she handled her with such care and understanding; treated my daughter like family. They went above and beyond to get her a good car. Joan didn't put my daughter in just anything. She provided a car that she would sale her on daughter and feel good about her driving, comfortable she is safe. Joan then help my husband and I buy a car one day later. They kept their word on promises made. Many dealers say things to get you in then get amnesia but Joan and Hanlees Nissan is not like that. Their word is their bond. We will buy our son his car here and have told our friends and coworkers who is in the market to shop here as well, they will not be disappointed. I will also do a review for the boss, that is how appreciative my husband and I are, we want to do a review for everyone. Thanks Joan, we love our cars!!! God Bless you!!

Brought a used car, that I bought elsewhere, to Hanlees, where I've been doing business for 11 years. Tim was the service person who helped me. I wanted to have the car checked out for any possible problems and I had two or three other items on my list of questions about it. Tim was wonderful. He answered all my questions, laughed at my corny jokes and helped me, with a smile. he's a good guy! knows his stuff and cares about his customers. Tim went beyond the call in every respect. I enjoyed working with Tee and Christian in buying a new Nissan. The manager I worked with to complete the sale was very straightforward. Perhaps the process was easier for me as I already knew what price I was looking for and how much I wanted on my trade in. I appreciated that I was not forced to wait long periods sitting alone at a desk or table, everybody was very pleasant and attentive. It was a very nice experience and I thank everyone.

I went into this dealer Easter Day not really planning to drive off with a new car. As soon as we parked, Cesar immediately approached us and introduced himself. I had no idea what kind of car I was looking for but Cesar was very persistent in helping me find the right car for me. Long story short, I ended up purchasing a 2016 Dodge Charger R/T. He did his best to make it work for the both of us. I got a great price, with an even better APR. I was fully satisfied! Was recently in the market to buy a new vehicle, i reached out to one dealership and was comfortable at first but then got a bad feeling and branched out my search. once i did that i had a couple better dealerships contact me, then George at Hanlees reached out, he asked the right questions and was willing to work with my terms and budget, not just a few hours later two gentleman from Hanlees showed up one with my new GMC Canyon Denali and the other with the paperwork to sign and give the second driver a ride home. I was able with my busy work schedule work out a deal with them that i was over the moon happy with and have my truck delivered and sign all docs at my kitchen table. I recently (March 2018) assisted my daughter in purchasing a new 2018 Hyundai Tucson SEL AWD, her first new car purchase. After conducting extensive research and interaction with numerous dealers in the NorCal area and even some in Washington state, we decided to buy from Hanlees Fremont Hyundai. We are really glad we did. Purchase negotiations were conducted over the phone, text, and email as the actual purchase transaction had to be completed within a fixed time frame (1 day within a 3 hour time frame) due to travel commitments. Working only with Adnan Khan, the dealer's Internet sales coordinator, we were able to accomplish that. Purchase discussions were no nonsense and straight-forward - something we really appreciated. He provided us with a purchase price and accessory/warranty considerations that from the very beginning, every other dealer was chasing. Seriously. My daughter got an outstanding deal on the exact vehicle we wanted - exterior color, interior, and specific trim. My dad and I walked in to Nissan with the intention of "just looking". I normally don't yelp anything but their service went above and beyond+100! Zhaviany Escobar gave us an awesome deal! We walked out with the exact price we asked for and without even needing to do a trade or down deposit. My dad is a tough negotiator but they were patient and did the best they could. He doesn't have perfect credit and, still they gave him 0% interest and the price he asked for. He also worked to make sure we got the exact car we wanted, without all the extra fluff. Even if you are looking for something else, give them a try first. They will surprise you!

I hope you had a nice time off this past weekend.

I can't thank you enough for what you have done for me this past week. From our initial telephone conversation to me driving of your lot with my new Camry, has been the most incredible experience I have ever had with buying a car, or for that matter, anything else.

Jim, your quickness to first see if you had this car and then to quote me so quickly was amazing. As a COO, I felt so important that you took the time to respond as you did.

Meeting Dave Ryder, and I apologize if I misspelled Dave's last name, in it's self was a pleasure as was meeting and working with James Benavides. I, personally, felt like I was a member of your Hanlees' family. I mean that!

I haven't met you yet, but it seems as though I have, just working with your staff including Felipe. Your staff represents themselves with your set of family ideals, it seems likes, both on the job and off. You have provided me with the highest of standards of buying any vehicles in the future.

My first Toyota was purchased at Davis Toyota in 1976, a Celica fastback for Lisa's mother. Since then I have had three 4-Runners for myself. My 1998 has 406k miles and that is what I drove to Hilltop to get my Camry. It has the original engine and transmission. The reason I'm telling you this is because I have not purchased a car for myself in 20 years. So you made this experience very special to me.

I have now shared my wonderful experience with numerous friends and family. One of my brothers will be contacting your dealership in the not too far off future when he is ready to look into a new car.

I have thanked my daughter Lisa numerous times for introducing me to you, all because of your business relationship that was created.

I am enjoying the Camry so much and it's only been less than a week.

Can you let me know when we can get together to meet in person? I would like that very much.

Arriving at Hanlees Car Dealership they have a large inventory of Hyundai's in all its forms from smaller sedans, medium sized SUV's to medium sized trucks. This is just what I observed upon driving up to the front of the dealer. We exited our vehicle and met with the "legendary" Alex Ngo as they refer to him. Alex is a god send! This man is incredible at what he does. He is a very pleasant person and professional as well. What I mean by professional is that he is a one of a kind sales person. He is very enthusiastic to help you and does not waste time. Alex gets the job done. He was flexible and understanding of our circumstances and finances. He strategically came up with many options for us to work around. The manager of Hanlees was INCREDIBLE (Henry)! I understand why this man is the manager. I have never come across a manager like the one at Hanlees. He raises the expectation of customer service. Thank you Hanlees Dealer for the wonderful spectacular experience and for accommodating my fathers needs.
