So, I am just leaving Hilltop Buick picked up my awesome 2012 Chevy Impala and I must say I am very pleased with Anna in the service department. She was very patient with me. I love to know what's going on with my baby, and so I was having issues with the steering gear and Anna took good care of me and my car. Anna told me it was an issue with the suspension and I was kinda sad my vehicle had to stay but thank god she hooked me up with a loaner car, which was nice and fancy by the way and she went ahead called my warranty and I know how complicated it can be dealing with warranties but I am very happy and satisfied with the service I got I will be definitely coming back if there is any more issues with my car, please give Anna Maskell a pay raise lol. Thanks, Hanlees. Took good care of my baby.

Hanlees Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Napa

My husband and I just bought a car from here and cannot express how refreshing our experience was with this dealership! We had the pleasure of working with Miguel and Paul and received the most OUTSTANDING service. We were very well taken care of. Everybody was very knowledgeable and yet treated us like we were people and not a pair of commission numbers. I don't know what it was like under the old owners but whatever they are doing now is working. I absolutely recommend these guys and should the need to purchase another vehicle arise, we know where to go.

Today, I needed to get my 35,000 mile service for my 2014 Avalon. I know I should have gotten an appointment in advance but that was my fault. The service representative said "Don't worry, we will get to your car as soon as possible.' Because I didn't have an appointment, I was expecting a long wait. So after approximately 20 minutes, I ready to take their shuttle to return home but the service representative stop me and said "not so fast Mr. Thomas, your car will be ready in approximately 15 minutes." During that time, the mechanics even fixed an issue with the GPS that was not included in the service quote. I am a very happy camper with Hanlees Hilltop Toyota Service. They rock and I will definitely be returning in the future.

For Christmas, all I wanted was my 2017 GMC Sierra and at first I didn't know if it was going to be possible... but thanks to Diana Trujillo, a Spanish speaking sales associate, who helped us out and the finance manger, Khalid R., who made my family's dream come true. Purchased a brand new 2017 Tacoma Limited Edition yesterday. Couldn't be happier with the deal I got and the help I received. I called in before coming into the dealership and spoke to Yaro. He conveniently had the truck I was interested in waiting for me to look at in the front by the time I got there. Very professionally and knowledgeable about the vehicle. Great service yesterday afternoon at the dealership by Austin. He was helpful in showing me cars from other lots of the group in the block, and while I selected one that was on a different dealership, he stayed with me helping the manager and me to communicate through the negotiation.

While I did not buy, in the end, I will likely go back if they have something I may buy, and will call Austin first to ensure he is available.

Had a problem with the fuel ⛽ gauge on the dashboard of my Volkswagen. The other repair facility would replace the whole fuel tank. Good that I decided to bring my car to Hilltop Volkswagen and the problem was solved without replacing the fuel tank. Definitely a great service experience from the Hilltop Volkswagen Team (Brian, Vern, Jack, and the mechanics). Will return for future service!

I have known her for many years and when I heard she was leaving Woodland Motors I didn't hesitate to change my business account to Hanlees. Christina's customer service skills are rare now a days. She is impeccable at her job. My fleet of vehicles are now being serviced at Hanlees Chevrolet because I appreciate good, prompt service. I just make a phone call to her and she takes care of the rest. The service she has always provided is great. It's convenient to have our trucks picked up and delivered from the yard. Even when we need a tow, Christina sets that up for us. Thank you Christina for the great service! You are definitely appreciated by myself and everyone else that has followed you to Davis. I know a lot of farmers depend on you too. I'm glad you have quality technicians still working on our trucks. They are running great and it's thanks to you guys.

We compared the offers from other VW dealerships. Called him to confirm the quote. There was no changes to that quote once we arrived at the dealership no add fees no hold ups just paperwork work and freshly detailed new car. You have to appreciate that!

Buying a car should be hassle free. Too often you're promised one thing only to get you in the door and have things switched up upon arrival. I already knew what I wanted and where my credit stood, so there's no haggling with me when I've been verified as highly worthy with my "A" credit. Well while everyone else (other VW dealers) were trying to squeeze blood from a turnip, Joel came to the rescue. Honest, friendly, no-nonsense....my kind of guy. No hidden BS. It went exactly as discussed. I walked in and my car was ready. Signed my papers and was out immediately. It was no different than any other store run. I was thoroughly pleased with my experience!! The entire staff was friendly and greeted us as family. If I get another VW in the next few years, Hanlees is getting my money once again.
