This was my first time buying any type of car. I was warned by some people that some salesman will take advantage of you but I was well taken care of and given information I didn't even know I needed! Hanlees Hilltop Toyota

So glad I came here to buy a Toyota! Initially I was looking at a Honda CR-V or a Nissan Rogue until I went to Toyota at Hilltop and met Joseph Lantican and Jermaine Del Rosario. I came in telling them I was looking for a Rav-4 since it was similar to the crv and rogue. Presenting the cars to me and the way how they explained and showed the reliability on the Toyota cars caught my eye. They knew about the cars they had and they did everything that they could to get the car I wanted, even at the smallest and slightest detail. Unfortunately they didn't have the car that I exactly wanted on my preference in their location but they went over the top for me! They were able to search for the car that I wanted at another dealership location and ensured that I would get that car. I loved how they did all that they had to do to get the car i strongly wanted, rather than settling with what were in their lot. I strongly recommend talking to Joseph and Jermaine because I can ensure you that they will give you the best service that they provided for me. And at the very end, I'd like to thank Joseph and Jermaine on helping me out with me on getting a new 2018 RAV4 XLE!

Shawn came highly recommended so my boyfriend & I went out to see him kind of at the spur of the moment- we came in with no pay stubs or proof of residency on us, low credit & not much to put down. Originally we were looking for ONE used car but somehow Shawn got us approved for TWO, a 2018 Kia & a 2015 Ford. He worked magic to get the numbers to work for us & made sure we were able to get the cars we wanted. I definitely recommend Shawn & Hanlees!

I had no appointment and was running behind schedule and needed my car serviced before my road trip. Decided to stop by the Dealer to see if I can get in and get a service and when I arrived, I spoke with a nice gentleman Anthony C. At the service desk. He told me they were all booked up for the day but managed to squeeze me in and take care of my service. Not to mention repaired a few extra things I needed done as well before my trip. Got me in and out quick service and quality work. The staff was very nice and comforting as well offered a ride home and pick up!!!! Great service!!!!

Hanlees Napa Subaru

This review is specifically for Michael in the service department. I was having issues after installing a new battery into the car and continuously received error messages on my dash (CEL, cruise control and drive mode flashing). I rolled into the service department on Friday afternoon and was afraid I was going to be turned away because I didn't have an appointment, but right when I pulled in Michael greeted me very warmly and had me pull my car up. 

He informed me that there's a start up sequence that needs to be done to reset the ECU and assured me that everything was going to be okay. When the car was ready, he told me that this happens when the battery is installed or disconnected and it just needs to be reset by starting/stopping the engine 3-10 times. It was a huge relief to see that the car didn't have any more warning signs. He also helped me take care of my automatic window button that had stopped working from the battery install. He tried a few reset procedures and when they didn't work, he went over to the Master Tech and asked him for his expertise. They tried a new sequence and it got the window back to normal. 

This goes beyond my expectations when dealing with a dealership. Michael really took the time to fix these issues that I was trying to troubleshoot since last night and did so with a very positive attitude. This really sets a high bar for service. I wasn't charged anything at all and it made me feel welcome knowing that they were able to take care of my issues instead of taking advantage of me.

One of the best dealership experiences I have encountered. Me and my wife took or 2008 Trailblazer in for service and the moment we walked in we were greeted by Jessica with a friendly smile and a warm hello after a quick and easy conversation about the service that would be provided (multi point inspection) along with the oil service we were shown to the waiting room. After the vehicle was done we were surprised they even washed it for us. I had to express how happy I was to the service manager who was glad to take the time to meet and greet with us Christina was so nice and informative I can't thank them or Hanlees enough for making our service experience a walk in the park!

Absolutely AMAZING car buying experience! Khalid Rahmany is a very knowledgeable finance manager. He is 100% for the customer. He wants to make sure that you are getting the best deal and more importantly what works for you and your family! I would of never thought that buying a new car could be so painless. I am grateful for his patience with all my questions, even when he had a waiting room full of people, he made me feel I was his only client! David B. Was also AMAZING! We bought a new Jeep Compass from Hanlees. The salesman, Milton, was top notch. Helpful and friendly and in no way overbearing or pressuring for a sale. After reading all the negative reviews they've had in the past couple of years, I'm hopeful that they're getting things turned around. I haven't had to take my vehicle in for service yet but I'm optimistic that this will also be a smooth process.

First time here and the experience was phenomenal! I came across Alex, Andros and their team through their TV commercial. I'm not one to really post reviews but my experience here was amazing. They told me they would take care of me in getting my first car and they were exactly right! 

I felt they genuinely cared about my situation and when things got a little bit complex they managed to pull through and helped wrap everything up. Finally, I have a car that's just right for me, with a reasonable price and everything!

I've been trying to trade in my old vehicle for the past 2 months, but a lot of dealerships I went to before going here , will only play games and offer me nothing for my trade. A friend of mine told me about this dealership and even though it was a little far from my house, I decided to give it a try. Not only I got the money I wanted for my trade, but they were also able to keep my payments a lot lower than the other two GMC dealers I tried before. The staff was super nice, the sales person that help me was Andros and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. I will definitely come back again for my next vehicle. Thank you guys so much!

I live very far away and I called asking for a very specific new car with the amount I wanted to pay for it. They did a great job, I came in, drove the car, paid what I asked to pay, and was on my way in a very short time. I had spent most of my day at another dealership asking for exactly the same deal, but after 3 hours they wouldn't do it. So I called Hanlees and they were able to do what I wanted. I will go back the next time I buy a car.

Matthew was really the best Sales Person I have ever worked with and made first time car buying easy and simple. He reached out to my initially through email with a very special Prius Prime offer and I made the trip out there from my home location which is Anaheim, CA. Making the trip out there was worth it and everything from the start to finish was a breeze and it would not have been possible if it was not for Matthew and his team. This review has been a long time coming. Not once, twice, but three + times now in the last 2 years Hanlees Hilltop Toyota service department has gone the extra mile when we've brought our 2012 Toyota Highlander in for maintenance. The most recent being Lou (although I think it's spelled different), who was able to work with us when we were in a tight spot financially. We brought in our vehicle after noticing a nail in the right rear tire near the end of the business day. Unbeknownst to us, all 4x tires were at the red line on the tire measurement tool with respect to remaining tread. Needing 4x new tires when you were hoping for a patch from a nail in one tire is hard to swallow. Lou was able to work some magic, and we had 4x new tires the very next day. Their services staff always goes the extra mile. Customer for life (or as long as we live here). Thanks!

I am particularly impressed by the help I got, the sales rep Joe was so helpful, if your planning on coming in I'd totally ask for him, we had a couple setbacks when I got my car and he eagerly contacted the manager and found a quick solution. I was in a rush, and he got everything done as quickly as he could. I'm very happy with the vehicle I purchased and would reach out to HIM specifically in the future whether it's regarding this car or if I decide to trade it in in the future.
