Talk about service Hanless long distance shuttle driver Hope was more then accommodating. Not only did I make my flight after dropping off my car for service but Hope was able to pick me up from the airport and shuttle me back to retrieve my car. Went in to refinance my 2016 Hyundai sonata. Got a letter from them about doing so. They instead helped me get into a newer 2018 sonata with very low miles on it for only a little more then I was paying per month for the 2016. They paid off my old loan and got me a better interest rate. They were very helpful and friendly. I was not expecting to get a newer car...but that's what happened! Thanks guys!!

The service advisor, Seth Rahman provided me with excellent customer service on May 7th. Mr. Rahman went above and beyond to ensure my needs for the car repair were met. Although it was a busy morning, he kept me informed and even arranged a shuttle ride back for me to Woodland. He even informed me about a recall on my vehicle and ordered the necessary parts in a timely fashion. I couldn't have had a better service advisor and he truly knows how to provide quality customer service experience. I would highly recommend his professionalism to future customers.

As crazy as it sounds... my family just bought 2 vehicles from this dealership over the weekend! My siblings and I were looking for a new car for our mom for Mothers' day. Carlos promised me that he would meet my target price or even beat it and have the color of the vehicle I asked for. I didn't believe it at first because the other dealer ship promised me the same thing and it didn't happen. He actually made it happened!! He beat my target price and was very knowledgeable and helpful! He is also very funny and make you laugh While waiting for the car to finish detailing ,my fiancée saw a car she likes very much... Peter was there to help her out and answer all the questions we had. Peter was also very helpful and knowledgeable , he drove the car to the front and told us to go for a test drive! So we did and we love it. We were able to work out some very good pricing for the car and we decided to buy that car too! It was such a great and fun experience to shop at Hanlees fremont! I would recommend all my friends and family to go there!

Great place to purchase the new and used cars and trucks. This place offers varieties of vehicles like Toyota Tundra, Toyota Camry, Toyota Corolla, Toyota Sienna, Toyota Avalon, Toyota Prius etc.There are lots of service personal helping people to find the right vehicles for their needs either new or used. When you have any issues in your car the service people right there to greet and treat you in professional manner. This place offers shuttle service to the people who drop their car for service like oil change and tire rotation or any kind of mechanical problems to be fixed. If the waiting time is normal then this place has nice place for waiting. While waiting you may enjoy watching TV or surfing internet in your own device as this place offers free Wi-Fi. There is free coffee and doughnut at the corner of waiting area.Besides that they also have two vending machine abound the hallways.  The restroom areas are so clean. There are more car accesorios in front of the cashier.It is visible from I-80 freeways. Assistant Sales Manager Mr. Seth Rahman treat me professionally while I was there for oil change of my Lexus on May 22,2019.

What a great experience I had buying a car! Who says that? Not a lot of people I know. I drove over on a Wednesday for a test drive and took a drive with Erika after trading emails for a day or two. The vehicle was ready to go and off we went. Erika was nothing short of amazing. She is kind, funny and a total pro. I had my kids on the ride and they were super excited, she was not phased at all. She directed me onto a beautiful back road and we drove for a while chatting and pointing out car features. When we got back I thanked her and got her card. That evening I texted her and let her know I would see her the next day. I arrived the next day and even though she was already with another customer I knew she would get to me so I had a seat. Both the manager and another staffer came to check on me, both were very nice. Erika came over and we chatted as Will got the papers together. I had to fill out a few things for the record etc. Erika was with me the whole time and made me feel like I was at ease. They didn't play hardball and that made it nice, very laid back and I was treated with respect. Will the manager stopped by to see how I was doing and to chat a bit. He is super nice and easy to talk to also. The finance manager, Cory was also super great, I had to sign all the forms and it took about 20 minutes to do that. Will also stopped in and let me know he was leaving the site but if anything came up to call him. Everyone was so happy and nice here. I got a gorgeous car at a great price and I spent 2 hours total buying it that day. Seriously a great experience. They are remodeling the building so it's a little dated, all the cars on the lot are priced well and if they don't have exactly what you want they will get it for you. The team there seems very tight and clearly enjoy working with each other. They all were total pros. Erika and another person also drive my old car home and dropped it off for me. It was so nice of them as I now had two cars and one body. I cannot stress enough how easy buying a car was with them. Go in! See what you think. I'm a fan!

I recently moved to Napa full time after 18 years of part time weekend living. I have tried for 5 leases to do a deal here in Napa to support the community, but previously the sales reps never got back to me or couldn't make a better deal than other dealers. Finally this May 2019 lease, Adam, Caitlin and Mike all made sure I got a better deal than 4 other dealers in the Bay Area. It took only about an hour and 15 minutes to complete the deal which was also the speediest time ever!!! They were all very nice, professional and I was very pleased with everything. I would highly recommend them!

First off, we didn't think we would ever be back to a Hanlees after have bad experience at the Hanlees in Napa. However there was an eGolf that we wanted to look at in the Hanlees in Richmond. Vicky was the internet sales manager and was easy to communicate with before heading up there. To our surprise hands down this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. Vicky was attentive to our needs, no salesy or pushy and she knew a ton about Volkswagens. The dealership manager was also a super nice guy and they all put us at ease when purchasing our car. They made the process easy and we were done with the whole process within two hours! Thank you all for being so great and making sure we had a great buying experience. We will be back in the future!

Erick (Erickson) G. hooked brother Matthew and me up with a great vehicle that fit our price range, and which actually blew us away. First we called Hanlees before arriving for our first look at the lot's selection. I was surprised by how much Erick did not force us into buying something, yet was very much like how a family member would be if they showed you some cars. Even after that first meeting, our first day, and first stop, in search for a vehicle, we patiently decided to search other places to see what they had. The next morning, Erick makes a key follow up: he let's us know he found something we might like - if we hadn't found a vehicle already. In fact, though he found the vehicle moments after we left Hanlees the previous evening, he did not call us then, because he knew we were looking at other places. This is highest quality service. In retrospect, though the vehicle turned out to be just awesome, it was really the  icing on the cake.

I worked with Yesenia and Jo through my deal and they helped to make every effort to get me the best quality of service available. I left the dealership with a brand new 2020 corolla and feel satisfied with the teamwork they provided. They didn't try to haggle me, they offered me multiple test drives and were patient while I debated if this was truly the car for me. I finally decided and sent out the ""let's do it"" text hours after leaving the dealership. They made sure to have the car ready and all paperwork available to sign to make the final steps a breeze with no issues for the next morning. Yesterday I called this dealership about a used car I wanted to look at. Michael Chang was very accommodating and was there first thing in the morning to show me the car. There was some delay in finding the keys for the car, but when he brought the keys, we went and had a very good test drive. After coming back, Michael was gracious and helpful in dealing with us.
