What can be even more frustrating is leaving with a new car feeling anxious and worried that you were just manipulated, lied to, falsely convinced and-or taken advantage of. Now you're locked in and committed to a new vehicle and it's payments! No one enjoys feeling this way and THANKS TO JOE at Hanlees Hilltop Toyota I did not have to feel this way. Last week I purchased a new SUV and was blessed to have JOE as my salesman. He was extremely polite, honest and not pushy in any way. He listened to my needs, provided exactly what I needed and is responsible for making my experience purchasing my new vehicle 100% POSITIVE! He was patient and extremely helpful with all my questions and my 2 year old daughter who was a little challenging at times. He offered things to entertain her while we discussed details about the sale. He offered suggestions about the vehicle that were truly in my benefit and not his. He is a newer salesman but deserves so much more credit for the heart and effort he puts into his work as a car salesman. He is a father and a husband so he is able to understand family needs and concerns. If you are thinking of buying a new car at this dealership PLEASE ASK FOR JOE! His priority is to make you happy. Jonathan offered us way more for our trade and got us into our price range for a 2015 incredible Tahoe! I could not be happier with our experience. As a first time car buyer, I had a great experience at Hanlees buying my Jeep Renegade! My husband and I got great help from Ishawn Sanders! The day we went to test drive, he was not working and was at the dealership buying a car with his wife, but he helped us anyway and came back the next day, which was his day off, to sell us the car. My Mother's Day couldn't have been any sweeter than it was after a visit to Hilltop Hyundai in Richmond, CA. I started a new business in Mary Kay cosmetics and found myself in need of a vehicle with more room to carry my inventory. Not only was I greeted as soon as I step foot on the lot, everyone was so kind and pleasant. Karen Lee in Sales was an absolute pleasure to work with. She walked me through step-by-step what I needed and provided me with the best customer service I've ever gotten at a car dealership. Not only did they have the perfect car for me, a white Santa Fe sport which was definitely an upgrade from what I had but they also had Donuts..lol.. which are my favorite!! I can't promise they'll have them if you go there but it totally made my day!!! I just want to say these guys work hard including their receptionist. From the moment I walked in, every one approached me with smiles and open arms and made sure that I was helped right away. Although it was an all day process, Zhaviany Escobar did everything he could to find me the right car with a good price and contract. He was amazing he stayed positive the whole time and entertained me with wonderful conversations. He worked with me on what I could afford and told me everything would be okay the whole time and it fell into place. There's sooo much more I could say about this pace but it would take me all day to write it. Every time I look at my car, I fall in love with even more. I just purchase a RAM 1500 2017 truck.

Edwin Rosales showed me a few trucks in the lot. after realizing. I couldn't see the truck that I was looking for. He found it for me right the next day. Edwin and the manager Alejandro Sevilla were able to process a loan for me with a very low interest.

My sales person was Ricardo Machado and since the minute I walked in he was very welcoming and kind with a great positive attitude also like if If we’ve met before so that was comforting and that’s exactly what I needed. We had a great experience working with this dealership and Michael Henry in particular. We were on vacation and our car had issues, they were very understanding and got us in the next day. Michael asked lots of questions about what was going on with our car and answered any that we had. He was very clear that although they were planning for one set of repairs there was a possibility it could be something else. Michael was very good at keeping us updated on our car and continued to answer any questions we had. He also educated us on some maintenance items we had not been doing and we will be doing them going forward. Thank you to the team who worked on our car and for helping us get back on our vacation with only 1 day of downtime.

I went to the Hanlees lot, after a couple of test drives, I ended up at the Hyundai store. I talked to the manager, Antonio, and my sales person for a couple of minutes. They were no pressure sales people. When I did need specific help, I asked the gentleman named Zhaviany. He was knowledgeable on the car but he is supposed to be, he was courteous as he was supposed to be. He was what you expect however, he had a no pressure attitude. I seriously love that he was straightforward and honest. He was telling me everything that I already researched. But he was also doing the human thing...letting me make choices and decisions based on my needs. I left and came back later and asked him to look at the numbers. We discussed features and my needs vs my wants. Then I said what do I do. Mr. Zhaviany took me to see Trenton. He is the person that would make or break my heart. I went in with a number so I was prepared to walk. He is a no fuss guy. We sat and chatted about team sports and then we got down to the nitty gritty. After inputting numbers he gave me a lot of options. I was really impressed by the options he found. I figured I would get over charged but he came up with a deal I could live with. He wasn't an ass. I knew my credit was sort less than perfect but he still found me a great deal, a payment I could afford, and I still felt no pressure. He was honest with me and that matters.
