Hanlees Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

So, it's Saturday morning, and I had plans requiring driving, and I got the "low tire pressure" light... Auto shops aren't usually open on Saturdays. I'm still under warranty for about 5K more, so I took a chance that someone might be at Hanlees to help me out. Lo and behold, I didn't get turned away, and Chris and Vic checked my tires - one was just about at the threshold where they would have had to pull the tire, but still above it enough that they could just add air.

Vic also noted that my tires were at the "need replacement" stage. No, not a scam - I've been good about oil changes and such, but hadn't paid a lot of attention to the tires, and since I bought the car new, I've only replaced the tires once, and I'm at 95K. Rough guesstimate is I should probably replace them within the next couple of months. I can work with that!

And my little oil change sticker indicates I'm about due, so Chris and Vic - be seeing you soon! Thanks!

For my first scheduled maintenance, Blanca, my service adviser, assisted me with my service and explained everything I needed to know about my new car. I will most definitely be taking me vehicle to their location from now on..

It sure is nice to have found Dealership where employees are happy to do their jobs.

I've been shopping for a certified used Suburban for my family. After going to the "Auto Mall", thought my blood and life had been drained by middlemen. Hanlees Davis Chevrolet had the white Suburban I wanted and did everything over the phone. Jeff helped me with vehicle questions, CARFAX history, sent pictures and got me the price I wanted. Plus, had it detailed before I arrived. Ana in finance got all my information and had me pre-approved before I arrived at the dealership. Sue Cho closed my contract in less then a hour and consider them all friends after that easy experience of buying a car. I can tell you they cared a lot about customer service and give them 5 stars!!! Recommend to any person to skip the auto mall and drive to Hanlees Davis Chevrolet.

It was well worth the drive.

I'm visiting Napa from Atlanta, GA, and got a surprise when the check engine warning popped up last Sunday on my recently purchased Ram 1500 EcoDiesel. Called Hanlees CDJR in Napa Tuesday morning and asked if they could help me - the very polite lady that answered offered that their service manager would be available from 1 to 4pm that afternoon to read the diagnostics code for me to find out what the problem was. I went to the dealership's service department at 1:30pm and Roger, the service manager, was able to read the code and look up the problem on his office computer within 20 minutes of my arrival. Not only did they do all this in a very professional and friendly manner they also found a service bulletin that said the issue could be corrected with a software update. They said they could 'squeeze' me in right away and do the SW update under warranty! All said and done they got me on the road before 4pm, same day, and couldn't have been more kind or helpful than they were. Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish!!

I took my vehicle to the Dodge dealership for a regular oil change, I don't often take the time to write reviews although when you receive great customer care, and are truly greeted with exceptional customer service I feel it's worth taking the time. I was completely informed by the service writer, i.e. recalls, campaigns, he inquired if I had any concerns, he looked into those with a smile. I felt welcomed, and relieved that my vehicle was well looked into, the service provided was a quality service, and surprisingly I kinda look forward to the next oil change! Thanks, Hanlees!

And Sunny show me the car, they even took care of me after the sale I find out car doesn't come with carpet and sales person didn't make it clear! I call they gave me the run around first I was not happy at all, then couple hours later Sky Zeng call me back told me you bought a new car from us we will do it as one time courtesy give me the floor mats!

I was referred to Hanlees Davis Nissan by my best friend because her dad's girlfriend (Barbara) used to work at the dealership for awhile and my friend then gave me I was passed on to, Joan which worked close with Sue during my visit process of getting me approved for a car. They were both amazing!! Joan didn't steer me away from my goal or try to convince me to do something different. Joan kept her word on being certain I would leave with a car, entire time there was No pressure at all! Very rare when shopping for a car!! Great feeling when it was my First time doing this, past times I would pick cars from online, private owners, which I Got bad choices each time, wasting so much money on.

It was beyond a awesome experience meeting with Joan, she's absolutely fabulous, understanding as well! She picked out a wonderful car option for me and she was so helpful during the whole process, Joan answered all questions an she was funny, an gave a superb memorable experience an she has a great personality and she made me feel super comfortable! I did not get the normal 'car salesperson' vibe from her and she truly seemed like she just wanted me to be happy. She was the best, After being gone from the dealership, after getting to leave with a car, I saw that Joan had sent me a text later in the day, I found that to be truly very nice of her to do. She gave me an outstanding experience. She's excellent at giving such honest customer service thru the entire time an explained each step. I highly recommend visiting this dealership.

I brought my 2014 Jeep into Hanlees last week with a non functioning air conditioner, only 37,000 miles. After explaining that it was no longer under warranty, the repair was going to be $1,080. I was not happy with the cost, so service manager, Roger, said he would check with corporate to see what he could do. To my surprise, when I picked up my car, there was no charge!

This kind of customer service will bring me back to Hanlees! Thanks!

I just traded in my car at Hanlees Davis Nissan and worked with Sue Cho and Joan. They were both amazing!! I have worked with Sue on the car I traded it in for and she has always been so helpful, honest and kind!! She will not steer you away from your goal or try to convince you to do something you don't want to do. No pressure at all! Very rare in this industry!! She manages the place and does a fantastic job!!!

Joan was an absolute delight!! She was the one who showed me my car options and was so helpful, funny and made me feel super comfortable! I did not get the normal 'car salesperson' vibe from her and she truly seemed like she just wanted me to be happy with whatever I chose. 

I had a time constraint and the team did everything they could to get me out of there when I needed to. They even offered me to come back and get the car detailed on another day. 

I, as always, highly recommend Hanlees Davis Nissan! Nothing but the best customer service!!

After the friendly genuine salesmanship from Jesus at Nissan he linked me up with one of the best finance managers I've seen work for a dealership, Trent. After leaving there with a brand new 2018 Nissan Altima, I couldn't be happier! Walked in with zero dollars in my pocket and came out with a 2018 Nissan Altima Sports. I was so pessimistic of getting a new car because I didn't have the money or the credit. As a UCD student with a part time job I felt like I did not make enough to even purchase a car but I was wrong. Hanlees Nissan greeted me with a smile and gave me hope that I can get a car as a first time buyer. They were so patient with me and answered all my questions and fought to get the best deal out there!!!. Joan especially great sales person, gave me Comfort and the best deals she even let me test drive the car before I even had any questions and I fell in love with it at the instant. As a first time buyer I felt so nervous, scared thinking I was going to submit myself to debt but no. Nissan staff are here to make sure you do not leave empty handed. I recently bought a new RAM from Hanlees. My experience was overall very satisfactory! I had a trade in that I was upside down on, and they worked tirelessly to find a bank that would allow me to finance a new RAM truck and turn in my car. Then, even though they didn't have the truck I wanted in stock they drove to Santa Rosa to get one, only to find it had some paint damage. So they agreed to find another one, and drove all the way to Gilroy to get it. The truck from Gilroy was not only beautiful, but had several upgrades that did not change the price of my original contract! I was very pleased! Robert the GM was very helpful, and Milt the salesman, and Sandy from finance were awesome!
