After a two week car search, we came across a car that fit our search perfectly here. We contacted them via email. They promptly corresponded and the communication was great. Octavio, the Internet & Fleet sales rep, exceeded our needs for a car purchase and Caleb continued the great service with the financing. Instead of leaving us sitting while our paperwork was being put together Octavio maximized our time by walking us thru all the features of the vehicle. He even assisted in the delivery of the vehicle for us. They made us feel like we were a member of their family. We never felt pressured. We never felt like they tried to up sell us with any of the added packages.

Well, now I have found a place that completely changed my thinking, Hanlees Hilltop Hyundai in Richmond. I wasn't even planning to look at Hyundais, but I met Zack Greene as I walked on the lot. His professional manner and sense of humor put me at ease right away. He listened to my situation and suggested several models that would fit my needs. I want to thank both Adnan and Ron for diligently working with me today! I went in concerned that I wouldn't have any means of driving transportation at all. I walked out with a 2016 Hybrid Sonata! This was truly a miracle in itself. I am still in shock. Buying a car is never an easy thing to do. After doing our research and surveying several dealerships, we came to Hanlees Napa Subaru and met our sales person Cherry. We were very impressed with how low pressure this experience was. Cherry was very knowledgeable with each of the vehicles we discussed and went with us on a test drive of a Subaru Outback. When we decided to buy the Outback, Cherry worked with us to come up with a price we could afford and allowed us to discuss our concerns with the Sales Manager and the Finance Manager. Again, there wasn't any high pressure pushing us to buy things we didn't want and the financial paperwork was explained in very plain detail. We will definitely recommend others to buy a car from Hanlees Napa Subaru.

New to the Bay Area I asked around for a dealership to bring my beloved vehicle to and Hanlees Toyota was recommended to me by a close friend. I am extremely elated to have followed through with that recommendation. As soon as I arrived I was greeted by Ms. Alex Rocha and explained my vehicles minor discrepancies. Although they were relatively small issues she treated me as a 5 star customer. This kind of top shelf attention to detail is reminiscent of historical customer service that is becoming obsolete in today's fast paced world. Hanlees Fremont Hyundai
Yesterday around 5:00pm, I was exiting 880 freeway of Stevenson Blvd, when I saw my tire light come on in my Elantra. Once I exited, the driver on the lane next to me honked and pointed that my tire looked really low. All of a sudden I went into panic! Honestly I didn't know what to do so I pulled over to see if my tire was flat. It did not seem to be completely flat, but I did see a nail in the middle of the tire. I looked up on my phone to see if any tire shops near by where open and ended up going to Wheel Works. I arrived at Wheel Works about 5:15pm. They checked me in for a flat repair, and waited. I saw a younger mechanic pull my car in and inspect my tire. He took the tire off and proceeded to tell one of his co-workers "Tell her its not repairable, I need this tire for my car!" I was appalled by the comment made and I quickly told the service writer about what I had heard. He apologized, and went in the back to talk to the mechanic who made the comment. He came back and said unfortunately the tire was not repairable. My blood was boiling! I got my car out of there as soon as I could, and by this time, it was already 5:40pm, and my tire was almost flat (punks didn't even fill my tire up so I could at least drive out safe!) Waste of time! Wheel Works NEVER AGAIN!!
At this time, I had no other choice but to make my way to Fremont Hanlees Hyundai. I had never been to this location before, so I did not know what to expect. (Usually take my car to capitol) As soon as I got there around 6:10, I already expected the service center to be closed, and that was what I arrived too; A closed service center. ;(
My day couldn't have gotten any worse, I was stuck. And tire was now completely flat. About 5 minutes later, I saw a technician walk out of the service area door. (Found out later his name was Jose Rodriguez) He looked like he was on his way home. He took a quick glance, headed my direction and asked me if I needed any help. I told him my situation and everything that had happened, and proceeded to tell me that the service center was closed for the day...BUT...
He must have seen how stressed I was or maybe my luck, but I gotta give it to Jose; He opened up the service gate, pulled my car in and told me he would take a look at it. I told him my experience at Wheel Works, and the look on his face was priceless. He told me that unfortunately there are a lot of "shadey" people who are just out to get people for their money, and that I wouldn't have anything to worry about coming to getting my car serviced here. :)
He placed my Elantra on one of the lifts, removed my tire, and showed me exactly where my nail was. He said the tire was definitely repairable because it was nowhere close to the sidewall; And if it was, unfortunately because of California state law, shops are not allowed to repair sidewall punctures. (I did NOT know that!) He went ahead patched my tire, set my tire pressures, and he even topped off my fluids! ALSO NO MORE TIRE LIGHT! I offered him a tip and he refused. I insisted, and still refused! Instead he told me to bring my vehicle to Hanlees for service from now on. I thanked him for his time and for everything he had done for me. I was on my way shortly, and my tire has no issues :)
All I have to say is that if you own a Hyundai, and you need honest work done, come to Hanlees Fremont Hyundai. My experience with Jose will definitely be a memorable one because he exceeded my expectations of what this dealer would be like. He went the extra mile to help me, and I'm sure he was ready to go home with his family. But again, If you want pure honesty, and quality work, come to Fremont Hanlees Hyundai! Ask for Jose :)

It's never exciting having car trouble, but when your treated with exceptional service that changes your attitude. I drove in because my car was running rough, the check engine light came on, & was almost overheating. I didn't have an appointment & even though they had a full schedule Christina in service accommodated me. She pulled my car into the shop & had a technician analyze the vehicle. She advises that I need to leave car & can't drive it. I was devastated because I had just finished my last final & was headed out of town for Spring break! Christina was wonderful! She squeezed me in their schedule, had the part picked up from Sacramento & had me back on the road the same day! She listened to my concern & over exceeded my expectation. I couldn't believe it when she told me there would be no charge because it was covered under my powertrain warranty. Prior to this I had just paid another shop to look at my car & they obviously didn't fix it right. It's rare to find such incredible customer service. Christina had the shuttle take me home & pick me up. My car was up front, WASHED, & ready to go. Thank you Christina & the mechanic who fixed my car. It drove great down south & because of you guys I was able to enjoy my spring break!!!!

If you want a great guy and not a typical car pusher, ask for MATT when you arrive on the lot. I wanted to test drive the 2016 Tundras and with no questions asked Matt grabbed the keys and we hit the road. I explained to him that I had a perfectly fine 2011 Tundra at the moment and that my wife and I were thinking about upgrading but that I just wanted to see what the 2016 had to offer. I didn't feel a bit of pressure the entire time we were there.
However, the truck sold itself. So a simple test drive turned into the upgrade I had been waiting for. I wanted to get it perfect though. I didn't want to go home with anything but the exact truck I wanted and for the exact price we were willing to pay for it. Matt went to work for us. Starting off with finding the exact color and truck package from their inventory which didn't happen to be on the lot at the time. All the way to negotiating with his manager on our behalf for the payments we needed, etc. Might I add that by this time it was around 10-11 pm and he saw it out to the bitter end with us. Not to mention we had our two young boys with us. Not the best parenting but Matt helped us out in every way he could.
Our truck arrived a day later and and we were picking up and driving home our dream truck before we knew it. Matt offered his full assistance in any way possible for the future as well. Car washes from the dealership, floor mats were delivered to our door which we received for employee discount price, any questions we may have on the truck and setting up electronics... He did it all! Matt deserves every bit of five stars for his service. Thank you Matt!!

Today was the best day ever. I had the pleasure of meeting someone today that helped me when I didn't think it was possible, Mr. Eric Brown. He put me in a car that's super clean and it works for my family. I can't thank him enough.
